About 5 minutes walk from playa norte. Every single thing was beautiful. You'll need 5 minutes to walk to jax bar & grill with nice drinks.
-
We spent our evenings in nearby jax bar & grill enjoying drinks and atmosphere. El centro was in close proximity to the hotel. The airport is 3 miles away. Everything met requirements;)))
-
The breakfast directly at the beach was very good and with the rising sun very nice.
Whirlpool on the balcony was leaking. View from the balcony to the cemetery.
-
Not only was the breakfast excellent, but the view of the sea was breathtaking. All in all, I would go back to this hotel at any time, the atmosphere was great and the location perfect! There are also many possibilities to do something and also very good restaurants nearby.
-
Great location. with private Beach Club directly on the beach. Very good cuisine in all restaurants of the object!
-
Always and everywhere very friendly service personnel. Very good breakfast, good choice á la carte. Despite the hustle and bustle on the beach a small oasis of peace. We enjoyed the stay after eventful days of travelling very much in advance.
-
Private beach; attentive staff; breakfast included was available at the beach club on the beach; own Club Car Rental Setvice only slightly more expensive than at the landlord around the corner.

The beach, the pool, the staff
We had the honeymoon suite, but unfortunately the room smelled terrible.
-
They do not have any rooms with 2 double beds as indicated on Booked.net. All rooms have only one king bed or (very few) have two twin beds. Despite this misleading information, the hotel was clean, comfortable and enjoyable.
No rooms with two double beds. Rollaway / additional twin bed costs extra (in my case, extra bed fee was more than the cost of the room / night.)
-
Five star physical plant. Excellent location. Great off-season value. But it is not a five star hotel. Not one English speaking TV channel, no CNN International, no BBC, no English news! The telephones have no instructions for use and no local directories. No food service at the pool. Wi-Fi in the rooms was problematic. Front desk often could not exchange currency and would never give you US Dollars! Could not use credit cards for payment of beverages. Lot of little annoying things. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay but it ain't five star yet.
-
It is located 5-7 minutes walk from the ferry. Big beutifull rooms.
Unfortunately it was raining all our staying so we didn't enjoy the pool and the beach. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing. Renting a golf car was almost twice expensive than renting it on the street.
-
we love the room, location is good.very quiet and relaxing.
room service
-
very lovely stay at the hotel, we booked the suite delux which was much larger and more comfortable that the standard rooms, location great, breakfast buffet included was an added benefit to booking the hotel.
only problem was that we could not access the internet from the room due to some type of blockage. this would have been a bigger problem if we had to do business. the hotel tried to assist but didn't know why the room couldn't get the signal when others could

The Privilege has an excellent location at North Beach on the island. the accomodations are wonderful, the staff friendly, and the service impeccable. One note, as the Privilege is in the middle of a small tight knit community on the small island, they attempt to not embrace the local merchants and community by roping off their beach area and banning the merchants from their "area". One would love to see management understand that they can contribute to the local economy by just allowing free enterprise. Never the less, we had a wonderful vacation and would go back tomorrow.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Extremely close to the action. The beach out front was a little busy for my liking, although a more tranquil and larger beach was a short walk away.
Ask for a room away from the street side. There is a school across the street and the children are up early in mexico. The staff is eager and willing to upgrade or change rooms as necessary.
